Stress is connected with a high degree of arousal and pushes the body in varying levels of “fight or flight” reaction. Even If stress is a natural and useful factor for getting in action and connecting oneself with our resources, to much stress can be counterproductive and lead to stress-related symptoms. Hypnotherapy can be a very useful tool for relaxing and put the body in a condition of rest and comfort, as well reconnecting with trust, inner peace, satisfaction, serenity and joy.
