Data Protection Statement
Data protection declaration of PW Hypnotherapie, Kilchberg for pwhypnotherapie.ch.
We look forward to your visit to our website. We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. The purpose of this document is to provide you with the necessary information on data collection and processing when you visit our website and when you contact us. We also inform you of the rights you can assert. When recording and processing your data, we apply, as far as possible, the strict provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). However, since the GDPR does not apply to Swiss territory and since the Federal Data Protection Act (“DPA”) and its ordinances do not (yet) implement all the rights of the data subject in the same way as the GDR, we cannot fully implement your rights under the GDPR. The limitations set out below are, however, only valid for the processing of personal data of persons domiciled or resident in Switzerland. Insofar as permitted by law, we also apply the rules of the RGPD to persons who are subject exclusively to the protection of the DPA.
This data protection declaration applies to our websitewww.pwhypnotherapie.ch (“website”). We do not assume any responsibility or liability for links on our website to third party websites. Clicking on an external link is your sole responsibility.
