If the experiences we have in certain situations in our life are painful and our thoughts, emotions and difficult behaviors repeat themselves, then why don’t we take a step towards a more fulfilling future for ourselves that offers us more choice and freedom. The “Reinvent Yourself” workshop is a regular meeting in a small group of people who want to develop personally by exploring the past causes of certain blockages in order to discover the beliefs that were formed in a time that is usually lies in childhood and which continue to limit us in adulthood. The goal of the approach is not only to become aware of the past cause of a present suffering, but also to allow us to undertake learning in the present that we did not have the opportunity to do in that distant time. Learning is also about strengthening new and lasting beliefs about ourselves, our abilities and our relationships with others.

During an evening, a person is given the opportunity to volunteer and be guided through a process in an atmosphere of confidentiality, listening and mutual respect.

Contribution: Fr 25 per person per meeting (duration 1.5 – 2 hours, evening)
